Andy's focus is on providing strategic advice and introductions to sources of equity, structured capital and strategic partnerships for real estate sponsors and high-growth businesses.

In real estate, I work with investment sponsors that seek to enhance their access to a broader base of investors, often advising on the transition between local investors to larger allocators of capital. I do strategy development, equity capital fundraising for asset acquisition, and fund/JV vehicles.
As a business builder with an operating background - my value add is seeing the complete picture from both the sponsor and the investor perspectives. I have put in place numerous types of capital structures and work well with sponsors, their advisors, and investors to make sure that deals are executed smoothly.

I have a specialty in helping to structure and implement long term capital investment vehicles (for sponsors and investors) The benefit is the ability to enhance investment returns over time, manage tax liability, and increase liability protection.

I have raised equity and debt for project specific, programmatic joint venture, and fund vehicles for multifamily, industrial, senior housing, and resort asset classes and have executed or advised on projects worth over $1B since 2006..  I hold the Series 7 & 63 securities licenses.
