Chase Hughes

Chase Hughes has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. He started his career at Beijing based cross-border private equity firm, China Bridge Capital where he focused on TMT and later founded Pro Business Plans, a company which prepares marketing materials for investment funds, family offices, and growth stage companies. He is presently a managing director in the corporate advisory practice of Silver Leaf Partners - where he focuses on advising companies on financial structuring and capital raising.

He also founded and successfully exited a venture backed FinTech company, EquityUp, which focused on direct secondaries administration and whose users included portfolio companies of a16z, Warburg Pincus, and Battery Ventures. Chase has worked with many Fortune 50 companies, multi-billion dollar investment funds and family offices, NASDAQ listed companies, and successful startups at an advisory capacity. Chase focuses on privately held tech focused US based companies.

Chase has his BSc from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management in MIS. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63.
