Jenny Wang

Jenny is a corporate strategy and fundraising professional with ~15 years of experience in sell-side and buy-side, including investment and operator roles in VC/PE funds and their portfolio companies. Her experience includes startup incubation, fundraising strategy development and implementation. Her startup deal flow includes healthcare IT, biotechnology, fintech, crypto, renewables, cleantech, and e-commerce. Her fund investment deal flow includes venture, private equity, real estate, emerging market, special situation and private debt financing. She has completed M&A and divestiture transactions totaling $500M+ both as an operator and advisor. Jenny began her investment banking career at Morgan Stanley after receiving her MBA from the Columbia Business School. Prior to that, she was in the executive office at IBM-Microelectronics after receiving her PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She holds FINRA series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
