Michael founded the Silver Leaf Partners ESG Practice group in 2015, committing early on to focus on sustainable and responsible institutional investments. He pushes to facilitate greater distribution of and participation in sustainable finance - including impact, CSR, SRI, renewable enterprises and ESG fund offerings for all institutional investors. The SLP - ESG Group draws knowledge and expertise from management consulting, corporate finance, international banking, and institutional brokerage professionals. Having only premier global funds, both private and public, the group has a pure focus on the “Double ESG Bottom Line“ to return best in class performance and strong risk mitigation going forward for their various allocators.

Michael has decades of Capital Introduction experience ( beginning with BofA – Prime Brokerage 1999-2007 ) and has created seasoned relationships with hundreds of allocators. He has a broad and deep network of institutional investors, primarily in North America, ranging from private and public pension funds, faith- or mission-based investors, endowments, foundations, consultants and large multi-family offices.

The quarterly ESG/Sustainable Institutional Investor Finance Newsletter has been a beacon of Sustainable Finance for over 5 years with cutting edge articles and an annual “Champions Award”. He holds FINRA series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
